So far this year I've spent a lot of time asking questions and doing some soul searching.
This is a question I was asked by Kathleen Wood, a Business and Leadership Growth Strategist who is doing some work with our team. It's a question that I think we should be asking ourselves for our business and our careers in 2010.
If you were to reinvent your business or career today based on everything you've learned since you've started, based on all you know at this very moment, what would it look like? What would it be?
Answer that question. Then..
Be that now. Do that now. Ask yourself that question often.
What question's do you think we should you be asking In 2010?
You make me think Amanda! My question we should be asking this year is now that we're connecting in person with people we meet via social media platforms, HOW can we collaborate with them? I am interested in being able to take these relationships to the next level and DO great things together. To promote thought leadership together. I'm interested in the questions that your followers come up with.
Truth be known, I watched your video and cut and pasted your question on a Word document, then looked at it and pondered it for a bit. I then set to writing the blog post that you featured here on Jan. 14. Thx for the question, the feature, and our subsequent dialog, Amanda!

@Jill Thanks for your comments. I haven't been able to dive in to RS's book but I loved his keynote at #PRBPC
@Bill Simple but profound question. Question I'm reflecting on big time right now.
@Hossam True rapport has, is and always will be so critical. Thanks for your input.
@Bonnie best of luck on your journey
@Andy great, great question. That in mind, how can I be better to you?
@Roger you should post the link to your group here!
Gee great minds must think alike. I just started a new group (real baby steps by the way!) in LinkedIn on Better Questions. Never stop asking questions. Sometimes dumb questions conceal great thoughts and pablum in equal amounts. Finding the "Right" question to ask is more difficult. That's why I started the group by refining our questions we get better answers.

I gotta add, "How can I be a better person to those around me?"
Personal growth is always one of the most difficult things we do and it is the hardest thing to do because is requires a high level of self awareness. Forcing ourselves to do something without anyone holding us accountable to change is tough stuff!

Amanda, I totally agree with you about purpose which is why it has me thinking about all aspects of my life. I also just happened to read the chapter in Roy Spence's book the other day about every January, getting rid of the garbage. Whatever you may have done in the past that you aren't proud of or happy with, get rid of, it's in the past. January is time to clean the slate and focus on doing, and being your best going forward. I think that is important in reinventing yourself, your business and your career.
Thanks Amanda for this video and
blog. I'm at the starting point rite now
in my business. Learning new things
ever day. Doing thing I never even dream
i could do. I hope you have a fantastic
New Year

Isn't the biggest and first question "what is my purpose"
That's tough.

Jill, Bill and Hossam thanks for joining in the conversation.
(science is wonderful thing even if it is without appropriate profit)(Albert anshtine)(i know that i know nothing)(Isaak Newton)(if you can not establish rapport with some one take care from remove him to heat you)(fithagorth) ,god has private morale in giving advantage of science, success, strength on person level or on societies level,or on countries levels, thus how seeking the appropriate way for talent and building rapport is the main subject, the main question in 2010
