Futurist David Houle has coined the decade "The Transformation Decade".

I met David at a People Report Conference last year he was the opening keynote. He knew me by @sexythinker and I knew him by @evolutionshift on Twitter. I was engaged in every word he said. After his presentation I shook his hand, told him how awesome he was and gave him a TR shirt.

A few weeks later I got a call from David. That's when I discovered "The Shift Age Trend Report." The first time I opened it I thought "Wow" this is a lot of information and I set it aside.
