Today is Friend and Follower Appreciation Day.

Talent Revolution’s hosting a 12 hour marathon dedicated to creating real online connections through random acts of awesomeness.

Here’s how it works:

• Our team will be dedicating the entire day to delivering random acts of awesomeness to the people in our online communities.

• Join us by digging into your social networks discovering new things about your connections and engaging in acts of awesomeness that will make at least 5 of your Friend's or Follower's days.

Here are a few suggestions on how you might do that:

• Check out their blog and leave them a comment.
• Send a video shout out. We’ll be doing random video shout outs all day long.
• Send a genuine compliment through a tweet, or leave them a sincere note on their Facebook page.
• Introduce them to someone who it may benefit them to know.
• Give away a freemium service or product (maybe an e-book or a coaching session).

3) Make sure you let them know it’s FAD day and ask them to pay it forward to at least 5 of their Friends or Followers. If you’re on Twitter, we’ll be using the #FADRAA.

4) After you’re done, we invite you to stop by www.talentrevolution.com and share your stories to inspire others.

It’s all about giving to others and finding ways to make their day. The more random the better.
