Bill: I would say the first day of our commitment to being intentional was almost perfect. Day two was good but not as good a day one. I think we got a little thrown off by a couple of unexpected phone calls and some disrupted sleep the night before. This proves to me that being intentional isn’t perfect. That some days we will get interrupted and it won’t go exactly according to the plan. I’m happy, even though we were running late, we still envisioned our day and both of us were able to get several things on our priority list accomplished.
Susan: I agree that the first day was great. I felt very grounded and centered and it helped me to prioritize and accomplish the most important items and not worry about the rest. Last night I felt very excited to wake up to the second day of conscious intention. But after a restless night with sporadic sleep, I did not get off to a smooth start. We still kept our inspirational time and so it helped me when I did not accomplish everything I wanted to accomplish. I believe in the process though and trust that this will truly pay off. I’m looking forward to seeing how much!
