What is your Ultimate Career Lifestyle?: My Ultimate Career Lifestyle is to work in a group setting were innovation, thinking outside the book, hard work, dediacation to the team, bringing out the best in others and always doing the right thing are the standard and not the exception. I think most of us are in the same boat...budget cuts have us on the paper version because laptops were not approved. We have the test materials in and I am sorting through the details. Our biggest challenge is how to effectively role the program with few $$'s spent.

Our current plan is to roll it our via our meetings at the beginning of the year, at seed meetings, and then use our new Store Training Managers to help get the info. out. The challenge lies in how to get the materials to our stores...DS, our portal, ????

Let me know if you have any brilliant ideas....I am looking forward to Chris' new groups for AB's to help with this.
