I have been blessed with the ability to communicate with other people, and have been able to grow some amazing relationships. I am also very strong at being able to see both sides of an issue before deciding. Lastly, I believe that my ability to find solutions when there aren't any clear ones in sight, makes me a great leader, team member, and employee.
