Ever since I could talk, people have asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I always had some great answer. Being pageant kid, I was trained to say doctor, lawyer...anything fancy. I swore that I would be one of these great occupations someday. Then during high school, I battled with parents who tried to push me into their missed paths. Every week, I was told to check out some great new occupation with tons of "opportunity". Somewhere along this path, I FELL INTO FOOD!

Its official. I have now lost count since leaving my job. I think that Monday will be three weeks. I have been continuing my quest to find my UCL. In that quest, I am learning to define what that truly is. I remember that I miss a lot about my past life in the restaurant so, what is an out of work gal to do??
