About me:

David W. Hottle, CPC has been in the Executive Search and Career Coaching Industry since 1984. In that time, he has managed and developed executive search offices in the states of Arizona, Alabama, California, Florida, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee and Texas.

David has coached all levels of careers, from college graduates to vice presidents in virtually every major city and profession in the United States. He has trained thousands of recruiters, recruiting owners and human resource professionals in the art of recruiting, direct sourcing, talent acquisition, retention, candidate development and client development.

Previously, David was the Regional Vice President of a multi-unit corporate Executive Recruiting chain nationally recognized as being in the Top 10% of all multi-unit agency chains in the United States. As Regional Vice President, he ran multiple executive search offices in both the management and the clerical staffing professions. He has won numerous awards and citations: "Top Salesman in the Company" six times, "Top Manager in the Company" five times, and "Top Branch in the Company" twenty three times. In addition, he recruited, trained, and promoted thirty-two managers of various levels for the company within a three year period.

Currently, David is a Manager, Trainer, and Partner with Personalized Management Associates, Inc., one of the largest corporately owned executive search chains in the country specializing in the management industry.

Mr. Hottle is also Executive Vice President and a Partner with PMA Franchise Systems, Inc. PMA Franchise Systems franchises the "PMA" executive search concept throughout the United States. Entrepreneur Magazine and USA Today has ranked PMA Franchise Systems in the top recruiting franchise opportunities in the United States. He both co-designed and administers the training program for PMA University and functions as the legal liaison for the company.

David has earned the coveted designation of "CPC" - Certified Personnel Consultant", of which there are less than 4% in the United States. "CPC" is the highest professional designation in the Personnel Industry. He has served and participated in the Indiana, Georgia, and Arizona Personnel Associations, including involvement with the legislative committee for the Georgia Association. In addition, he has been involved nationally with the National Association of Personnel Services. In 1996, David was inducted into the Personnel Industries "Million Dollar Hall of Fame", and now is often quoted in various industry trade magazines.

Lastly, David Hottle, CPC is a member in the International Franchise Association, the Creative Thinking Association of America, the American Management Association, the Society for Human Resource Managers, International Who's Who of Professionals, plus sits on the Board of Directors for Hot-Lins, Inc. and PMA Franchise Systems, Inc.
