What is your Ultimate Career Lifestyle?: A career that I am passionate about! I love coming up with new marketing ideas, goals, and most importantly how I can develop any of my employees into whatever they want to be, even if the restaurant gig isn't their goal in the future.... About me:: I have worked for Thomas and King since 2001. I started as a server, and was quickly promoted to a bartender. I moved back to Columbus and transferred to the University location. I worked there for almost 6 years as a Bartender, Key Employee, and Corporate Trainer. I was a manager at the Hilliard restaurant for about 9 months, and currently at Georgesville Road.

How did you hear about TALENT revolution?: Amanda Hite

Interest: Spending as much time as I can with my friends and family! They mean the world to me, and are always there whenever I need them! Ohio State Football, Cleveland Browns Football, basically I love sports! Shopping, Traveling, and being silly!

My strengths are:: the people around me tell me I am a "strong person" so I will go with that...

What generation are you apart of?: Gen Y

My favorite thing about my generation is?: How passionate we are about our lives, we showed that this last Election! Change is awesome!
