RULES TO PLAY BY…
As a member of TR you must agree to play by the rules in this community.
In the spirit of ‘top tens,’ here’s how you ‘play’ on Talent Revolution:
1. Stick to the topic. Talent Revolution is a social networking site that connects talented individuals and innovative businesses in one community. All blogs, posts and discussions [content] must be on focus.
2. Don’t spam. It clutters and pollutes the network. Save the members from having to repeatedly hit ‘delete.’ Keep junk mail out.
3. No harassing fellow Talent Revolution members. The Talent Revolution community thrives on the right for each member to express his/her creativity, experiences and ideas. We encourage feedback – no bullying.
4. Marketing is ‘big business,’ but Talent Revolution is not a venue for self-promotion. Express yourself and your personal brand, but do not use Talent Revolution as your personal or company billboard. Using Talent Revolution to post a self-promoting blog, discussion with the intent to solicit members or advertise a competitive site is in violation of the stated rules.
5. Request to start your own group on Talent Revolution. Groups unite members who have a common interest or passion. As the ‘founder’ of your group, you have the right to invite other members to join. You own it...get creative, inspire others. Keep in mind, participation in a group is similar to that in a blog or discussion. Content must adhere to the same guidelines.
6. Express yourself! Your profile is a representation of your personal brand. Be creative, make it your own. Add videos, music and photos. We ask one thing…keep it clean. No derogatory or offensive language or images. Your profile should represent the authentic, unapologetic you.
7. Speaking of content, the Talent Revolution team may reject, refuse to post or delete any content that violates these rules or which may be offensive or violate the rights of another member.
8. Intellectual property is priceless, and therefore, deserves the respect of all Talent
Revolution members. You may not upload, embed, post, email or transmit any material that
infringes any copyright, patent, trademark or other proprietary rights of any person or entity.
9 Three strikes, you’re out! When it comes to violations, the Talent Revolution team will contact you directly to inform you of a violation. If, following the initial warning, the issue is not resolved, the Talent Revolution team does reserve the right to ban a member from the network. If the situation warrants, the Talent Revolution team has the right to ban any member at any time, for any reason, with or without warning. If you see a message you believe violates our guidelines, please contact us.
10. Above all, have fun, network and engage one another. Get inspired. Create, better yet, LIVE your ultimate career lifestyle!
